Proactively Managing your Work-life Balance
 
In the session “Bring the Grocery List to Work: Proactively Managing Your Work-life Balance”,
Dr. Boyd will present specific, actionable strategies to help participants begin proactively managing their own work-life balance.
The workshop will consist of three main components. First, workshop participants will learn why work-life issues are becoming more and more important not only for well-being, but also for long-term success in today’s business world. Second, participants will engage in an activity designed to help them reflect on their own preferences and goals related to work-life balance. Workshop participants will leave with the knowledge and tools necessary to proactively manage their own work-life balance without compromising their career or family goals.

- Dr. Elizabeth M. BoydKennesaw State University Women's Leadership Center. Dr. Boyd will share her evidence-based approach to managing one’s own work-life balance.
