Come and enjoy a French dinner on May 1st allowing you to broaden your network and meet some of our board members:

Soupe à l'oignon
French onion soup with melted cheese crouton
Terrine de lapin
House-made rabbit terrine served with Cornichons and Dijon mustard
Salade de betteraves aux noix
Marinated beet salad with sliced fresh apple and toasted walnuts drizzled with walnut oil

Entree Choices

Dos de saumon au beurre blanc
Pan roasted salmon fillet and bay shrimpBaby Lima beans, brocolini, cherry tomatoes and Beurre blanc sauce
Confit de canard
Duck leg confit, cooked in the time honored French tradition,
Sarladaises potatoes, French green beans, red wine reduction

L'onglet de boeuf
Hanger steak served with house-made French fries, French green beans, Dijon mustard butter

Dessert Choices

Crème brûlée
Lemon Sorbet topped with ice cold Grey Goose vodka 
(Must be 21 or over)
Apple tart topped with French Vanilla ice cream
 
The price includes: 3 course menu, wine, mineral water, tax and tips.

All cancellations must be received by the FACC two working days before the date of the event to avoid cancellation charges.
